إضراب سينابور - ترحيل 24 عامل من الدولة

تمّ ترحيل 24 عامل إنشاء من العمّال الذين قاموا بالإضراب عن العمل في سينابور. حيث قام 500 عامل بالإضراب أواخر الشهر الماضي مطالبين برفع الرواتب. الشركة وافقت على زيادة في الرواتب، و لكن مقارنة بمطالب العمال (300 درهم)، تعتبر طفيفة (50 درهم).
يقول ماهر العبيد رئيس وحدة التفتيش في وزارة العمل لجريدة أخبار الخليج: يجب على العمّال أن يفهموا أنّ الإضراب لطلب زيادة في الرواتب هو مخالفة للقانون و معطل للإنتاج.

After their protest in Sonapor, 24 construction workers out of 500 were deported from the UAE. 500 workers had protested in Sonapor at the end of last month, demanding a pay raise. Their employing company agreed on meeting their demand. However, in comparison to what the laborers asked for (300 dhs), the 50 dhs increase is very minor.
Maher Al Obaid, head of Inspection Unit in the Ministry of Labor, announced that, "the workers need to understand that the strike demanding a pay rise is against the law and impedes production".
