تظاهرة ل600 عامل إلى شارع الشيخ زايد

تظاهر 600 عامل إنطلقوا من سكن العمّال في جبل علي إلى شارع الشيخ زايد و ذلك بسبب قرار الإدارة بإقتطاع 210 درهم (للطعام) من رواتبهم المقدرة ب470 درهم فقط! و جاء هذا القرار حسبما ذكرت أخبار الخليج بعد أن إنتقل هؤلاء العمّال من سكن في الشارقة إلى جبل علي. و لأنّ السكن الجديد لا يحوي على أماكن و معدات للطبخ، قررت الشركة إقتطاع مبلغ بدل خدمات الأكل!

600 Laborers Demonstrate to Sh. Zayed Road

600 laborers demonstrated from their labor camp in Jebal Ali to Sh. Zayed Road against their management's decision to deduct 210 dhs for meals out of their estimated 470 dhs only salaries. This rule, Gulf News mentions, has been imposed after the laborers moved from Sharja to the Jebal Ali labor camp. Since the new camp lacks cooking facilities, the company decided to deduct this amount of money for food services.
